Great to put out as a prelude to a dinner party or as an indulgent holiday snack, they can also be sprinkled on the top of a salad to spice it up.
15 oz raw mixed nuts
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together and spread out over a baking tray.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Makes four servings.
