1/2 tin evaporated milk
1 tin (360g) Caramel Treat
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 chocolate chip cookies
• Heat the milk in a small pot and stir in the caramel until melted. (You can also do this in the microwave.)
• Stir the peanut butter through, ensuring it doesn't come to a boil. Taste and add more peanut butter if preferred. If the sauce becomes too thick, dilute with more milk.
• Crumble the biscuits over ice cream and drizzle with the hot sauce.
