• 400ml yogurt
• 1 garlic bulb
• 2 spoons olives oil
• salt
Step 1:
Triturate the garlic and mix it with salt.
Step 2:
Pour the olive oil drop by drop, and the yogurt, permanently stirring. If you want, chopped fresh dill can be added.
