
A delicious french dessert. Intermediate complexity , ready in 60-70 minutes.
Ingredients:
• 1 kilo of sliced apples
• 1 tablespoon of margarine
• 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
Ingredients for the pie dough:
• 600 gr of flour
• 250 gr of margarine
• 3 egg yolks
• 100 ml of sour cream
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• lemon juice from one lemon
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 pack of vanilla sugar
• egg white
• powdered sugar
Step 1:
Boil the apples and margarine until the juice evaporates, sprinkle with sugar , mix and let it cool.
Step 2:
Until it cools prepare the pie dough: Knead the flour with margarine, sugar, egg yolks, sour cream in which we mix a teaspoon of baking soda, lemon juice , cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
Step 3:
Put half of the dough intro a tray, cover with the remaining cold apples and the rest of the dough. Puncture the dough with a fork, grease with egg white and start baking. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
