Very healthy meal. Best served hot and with a glass of juice!
Ingredients:
• 2.2 pounds of water
• 4 medium apples
• 1 teaspoon of flour
• 4 tablespoons of milk
• 2 tablespoons of yogurt
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
Step 1:
Peel apples from kernel and peel, cut into four and boil in water with sugar.
Step 2:
After boiling crush the apples, add flour, milk and yogurt and give a boil.
