This special soup can be served hot with your family!
Ingredients:
• 3 medium carrots
• 3 tablespoons of rice
• 0.10 pounds of butter
• 2.2 pounds of milk
• Lemon juice
• 1 egg yolk
• Salt
• Pepper
• Chopped parsley
• 2.2 pounds of water
Step 1:
Wash and clean carrots grate them and cook in butter (or oil). Add the washed rice, cook a little, then pour water enough to include everything.
Step 2:
Boil about 20 minutes, add the water if needed, then place separately boiled milk and give a boil.
Step 3:
Tinker with egg yolk, sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper and sour taste.
