A delicious soup , best served with sour cream. Ready in 1 hour , reduced complexity.
Ingredients:
• 1 fresh celery leaf
• 2 big potatoes
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 big onion
• 1 egg
• dill,parsley,celery leaves,lovage ( all dried )
• 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
• 1/4 bowl of tomatoes juice
• 500 ml of cabbage juice
• 2 l of water
Step 1:
Peel, wash and slice fresh celery, potatoes, carrots, onions, and put them to boil.
Step 2:
Let it boil 2 times then add oil then tomato juice. Mix well.
Step 3:
When all boiled add cabbage juice and simmer until it has no foam on top.
Step 4:
Add the herbs and give it a boil, then beat the egg to become foam and add it in the soup stirring constantly.
Step 5:
Give it another boil then remove from heat.
Step 6:
SERVING: Hot with sour cream or simple.
