Cream of celery soup with egg white

This soup is recommended to be served with croutons!

Ingredients:

• 1 celery root
• 1.2 pounds of vegetable soup or tomato juice
• 1 teaspoon of rice
• 1 egg white

Step 1:
Chopped celery simmer in vegetable soup for 35 min.After that, add the rice separately and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 2:
When serving add the beaten egg white foam and a piece of fresh celery chopped or grated.
