
Spicy salad, but very delicious and goes well with a glass of Pepsi or a glass of red wine!
Ingredients:
• 1.50-1.80 pounds of mushrooms/600-700 gr. of mushrooms
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
• Chopped parsley
Step 1:
Cleaned and washed mushrooms are cooked in water with a little salt and a little lemon juice.
Step 2:
After 15 minutes, drain, cut slices and put in a salad bowl.
Step 3:
Pour over sauce made from garlic, pepper, salt and lemon juice, stir and sprinkle with parsley.
