Spicy meal. Best served hot along with a glass of wine!
Ingredients:
• 1.50 pounds of potatoes
• 0.70 pounds of tomatoes
• 2 onions
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 1.5 cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• Parsley
• 6.3 pounds of water
Step 1:
Fry chopped onion. When to brown add tomatoes peeled and chopped. Continue frying, add a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of paprika. Everything goes with 6.3 pounds of water.
Step 2:
When the soup begins to boil, add the potatoes cut into small cubes (or noodles), leave more to a boil and add 1 1/2 cup hot milk. Boil until potatoes are ready.
Step 3:
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
