Chili sauce , delicious with steaks or almost any kinds of meat. Reduced complexity , ready in 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients:
• 2 dried chili peppers
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 teaspoon of caraway
• 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
• a pinch of cinnamon
• salt
Step 1:
Remove the seeds of the chili peppers, the cut the peppers into pieces about 2 cm and put them on a pan. Add 100ml of water, garlic, caraway, oregano and the cinnamon. Boil it once, then cover the pan, reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally , until chili peppers are tender ( 10 - 15 minutes )
Step 2:
Put the chili mixture in a blender to obtain a smooth paste. Add water if mixture is too thick. Season with salt.
