Sweet potatoes make for much tastier fries than white ones and add a splash of color to your plate—a great addition to virtually any meal.
2 sweet potatoes
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp turmeric
1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges.
3. Mix the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients, ensuring they are fully coated.
4. Bake for 15 minutes then turn them over. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes.
Makes four servings.
