Serves 4 to 6
• 5 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 6 tablespoons honey

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey and spices. Add ribs and mix until thoroughly coated in marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a large freezer bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Place ribs and marinade in a wide shallow cooking pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until ribs are tender and sauce thickens. Add a little water if sauce thickens before the ribs are tender.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place ribs on a baking tray. Mix ketchup into the thickened sauce and pour over ribs. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once halfway into baking. Serve immediately.
