Healthy switch has never been cooler!
What you need:
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen sweetened yogurt
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 teaspoon almond essence
1 mint leaf for garnish
What to do:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, make sure to grind the almonds thoroughly. Pour in a tall glass, garnish with mint leaf and drink up! Simple!
