What you need:
Store-bought mixed greens
Balsamic vinaigrette
Mangoes
Cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese for garnish
What to do:
For balsamic vinaigrette: mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and Splenda.
Toss some store-bought mixed greens with the balsamic vinaigrette, then arrange on a plate.
Place slices of mangoes all around the greens, then spoon cottage cheese on top.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Tips: Add apple cubes and grapes if desired and for healthier option, go for non-fat cottage cheese.
