Refresh yourself with this creamy, heavenly fruity shake. Go green and healthy!
What you need:
1 large piece of avocado
1 cup milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 cups crushed ice
2 to 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
fresh mint leaves to garnish (optional)
What to do:
Slice avocado lengthwise around the seed. Scoop pit out with a spoon or gently tap the pit with a knife then twist avocado.
Scoop out flesh into a blender. Add milk, condensed milk (adjust to desired sweetness) and ice.
Toss in ice cream to make it creamier and extra special. Blend then serve in glasses.
Serves 2 glasses. Prep Time : 5 minutes.
