How To Make Watermelon and Yogurt Smoothie


This smoothie is both delicious and healthy.  More refreshment on scorching-heat days!



What you need:
2 cups frozen cubed seedless watermelon (yellow or red)
1 cup chilled plain yogurt
1 sprig mint leaves
2 tablespoons honey (optional)

What to do:
Blend all ingredients together and serve in glasses.
Drink up!
