Ingredients:
• 17.6 oz (500g) minced beef
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch sodium bicarbonate
• 1 onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• salt and pepper
• 2 tsp mixture of: dill, oregano, thyme, paprika
• sesame buns
• cheese slices
• lettuce
• 1 tomato
Step 1:
Chop the onion and the garlic. Mix the beef with the eggs and add the baking powder, the spices, the onion, the garlic, salt and pepper. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
With the meat, form flat meatballs, a little larger in diameter than the buns. In a trey, place baking paper and the meatballs. Bake them for 15 minutes at 200C (392F) degrees.
Step 3:
Of course, you can also grill the burgers or fry them in a little oil.
Step 4:
Cut the buns in halves. On the bottom half, place a lettuce leaf, 1 meatball, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tomato slice and a sauce of your taste: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard.
Step 5:
Serve warm.
