Chicken soup a la Grec

You can eat it with chili peppers. Reduced complexity , 45 minutes cooking time.

Ingredients:

• 1 boneless chicken breast
• carrots
• onion
• 50 gr of rice
• 200 gr of sour cream
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 2 eggs
• chili peppers
• lemon
• lovage
• salt
• pepper
• 1 tablespoon of oil

Step 1:
Peel the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and fry them. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry them together with the vegetables. Add the rice too and let it fry for another 2 minutes. Add water and a tablespoon of tomato paste and let it boil for about 15 minutes.

Step 2:
Meanwhile prepare the dressing: beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the sour cream and slowly pour a cup of broth.

Step 3:
Finely chop the chili peppers. Also finely chop the lovage, and place it into the pot with salt, pepper and sour, let it boil one or two more times , then is ready to be served.

Step 4:
SERVING: You can serve it with chili peppers and a cup of sour cream.
