What you need:
3 tbsps. butter, melted
1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker
1 can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 cup all-purpose cream
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tsps. water
What to do:
Melt the butter and mix crushed graham crackers. Press onto the bottom of a pie plate and cool. Set aside
Puree half of the peaches in a blender. In another bowl, whip the cream together with sugar, dissolved gelatin, and blended peaches until stiff.
Pour the mixture onto the formed pie crust; keep in the fridge until cool and set. Top with more sliced peaches before serving.
