I truly find this popular dessert snack a cinch to make and you can serve them to your friends and family in just minutes! Just follow the recipe below!
What you need:
1 200-gram package dessicated coconut
1 300 ml can condensed milk
1/4 cup cake flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped cashews
1/4 cup shredded jackfruit for toppings (another option: cherry)
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except roasted cashews.
Line small muffins pans with baking paper and drop spoonfuls into each cup until three-fourths full. Sprinkle cashews in the middle of each cookie and gently press them in.
Top each cookie with a piece of Jackfruit strips. Bake until light brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
Store uneaten cookies in a sealed container and they’ll stay fresh for up to three days.
This recipe makes 25 pieces. Baking time: 15 minutes.
