What you need:
15 grams or 1 tablespoon ground coffee beans
160 ml water plus an extra 1/2 cup hot water
half and half milk, according to your preference
white sugar, according to your preference
What to do:
Pour 1/2 cup hot water into a glass pot to warm it up. Throw away after 5 seconds.
Set a paper filter in a dripper and set it on the glass pot. Place the ground coffee beans into the paper filter.
Boil water in a stainless steel pot. Once boiling, remove from fire and let pot rest on a wet towel for a bout 20 seconds to lower the temperature.
Slowly pour hot water onto the ground beans. Let it rest for 20 seconds.
Reheat the coffee for about 30 seconds. Dont let it come to a boil. Then you can dispose of the used coffee beans. Expect a yield of 150. The perfect coffee temperature 96 °C.
Pour coffee into a warmed cup then serve it with milk and sugar.
