Ingredients:
• 1 cup green lentils
• 1 onion
• 1 parsley root
• 2 carrots
• 1 celery
• 1 potato
• 1 tomato
• 3 spoons curry
• 1 liter clear meat soup
• 2 spoons oil
Step 1:
Chop the onion into small pieces and the other vegetables into cubes.
Step 2:
Fry the vegetables and the curry in oil for about 5 minutes, then add the lentils, the tomato and pour the soup over it.
Step 3:
Boil until the lentils is done (50 minutes), stirring from time to time. Serve hot/warm.
