Serve this easy to prepare breakfast as a dry snack on the go or topped with almond milk. This meal isn’t just packed with taste but vitamins and minerals as well.
2 tbsp almond butter
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 oz chopped walnuts
2oz sunflower seeds
2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger
3 oz coconut flakes
2 oz dried cranberries
1. Preheat the oven to 300 F.
2. Melt the butter and honey in a microwaveable bowl on high for 15 seconds.
3. Add the flour, walnuts, seeds and spice of choice to the bowl and stir until
thoroughly combined.
4. Spread out over a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes. Mix in the coconut and
cranberries and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Makes four servings.
