Ingredients:
• 5-6 pork chops
• 5-6 big potatoes
For the marinate:
• 1 Tbs tomato paste
• 1 Tbs mustard
• 1 Tbs caraway
• 1 Tbs vinegar
• 1 Tbs sugar
• 1 Tbs oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• red wine
• salt and pepper
• And bread-crumbs for the 'pears'
• eggs
Step 1:
Cut the pork into thick slices and make a marinate from the ingredients listed above. Keep the meat marinating in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Step 2:
Place the pork chops in a trey and bake them until nicely browned on both sides.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, make ordinary mashed potatoes. Take a piece of the puree, mix it with bread-crumbs until you can shape it, then pass it through beaten eggs and bread-crumbs again. Fry the pears in a skillet in heated oil.
Step 4:
Serve warm, with a salad.
