Serves 6
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
• 1 tablespoon chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 kilo chicken wings

In a bowl, combine sesame oil, honey, liquid seasoning, chili sauce, hoisin sauce, lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Add chicken wings and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Transfer chicken to an ovenproof dish. Pour in marinade. Cook uncovered for about 20 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade. Turn chicken wings over. Continue cooking, about 10 minutes more, basting with the sauce.
Serve warm with rice.
