
Serves 2-4. Preparation time 5 minutes. Cooking time 25 minutes.
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 strips bacon, chopped (optional)
1 tin (410 g) butter or baked beans
0,5 - 1 packet chicken soup
water
• In a pan, saute the onion in the butter until soft. Add the chicken breasts and bacon - shaking the pan a couple of times.
• After about 2 minutes, add the beans and some of the chicken soup powder to the pan. Add a bit of water and put the lid on. Simmer for 20 minutes.
• Taste and add more soup powder if you prefer a thicker consistency - but be careful as it can quickly become too salty.
