Very appreciated and healthy salad. Best served cold!
Ingredients:
• 2 Herrings
• 2.3 pounds of potatoes/1 kg. potatoes
• 3 onions
• 1 beetroot
• 3 apples
• Salt
• Pepper
• Parsley
• Oil
• Vinegar
Step 1:
Boil the potatoes and beets, then cut into slices. Fish are very small tear in strips, fry cut onions and diced apples.
Step 2:
Mix it with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, oil and vinegar.
