How To Make Smoked Salmon Canapes



What you need:
500 grams smoked-salmon (minced)
3/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
salt and pepper to taste

What to do:
In a bowl, mix together smoked-salmon, cream cheese, ginger, and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a spoonful of this mixture atop each cracker of your choice. Garnish with fresh dill.
Makes 10. Prep. Time : 5 minutes
