Egg breakfast


Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 2 bread rolls
• 4 slices prosciutto
• 4 green lettuce leaves
• oil
• salt and pepper

Step 1:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs. Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half and also heat them in the sandwich maker.

Step 2:
On each 1/2 roll, place 2 prosciutto slices, 2 lettuce leaves and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper and top with the other half of bread.
