Baked green beans

Delicious light garnish you can have when you are on a diet or you care about your looks. Easy to cook , ready in 60 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 1 kg ( 2 pounds ) of green beans
• 2 onions
• 2 tomatoes
• 200 gr of mushrooms
• 400 gr of tomato pulp
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 2 raw eggs
• 5 celery slices
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 100 gr of grated cheese

Step 1:
Scald the green beans in salted water, slip it and place it in a baking dish.

Step 2:
Separately, scald mushrooms and place them in the dish in which you put the green beans.

Step 3:
Separate fry the onion, over which you add 2 tablespoons water. Add celery slices after they are tender, add tomato pulp, salt, pepper to taste and a cup of hot water. Leave it boil for another 5 minutes , cool it , then mix with 3 beaten eggs . Pour this mixture over the green beans in the baking dish.

Step 4:
Add crushed garlic, chopped parsley, seasoned with sage, thyme and put the dish in the oven for 45 minutes.

Step 5:
15 minutes before it is ready, add tomatoes, sliced ​​boiled eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve it hot.
