Serves 6. Preparation time 10 minutes. Cooking time 15 minutes.
3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2-5 tablespoons cream cheese (we used Simonsberg Tangy Mustard)
2 tablespoons butter
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
2 cups grated cheddar
1 large flat white bread
• Combine aii the ingredients (except the bread).
• Make deep cuts over the length and width of the bread, but don't cut through the bottom crust
• Spoon the mixture into the cuts and wrap the bread in 2 layers of foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes over the coals. Sen/e immediately.
