2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster OR Hoisin Sauce
1/4 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Hot Sauce - Sriracha (Optional)
2-3 Tbsp Oil
1 Medium size Egg
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic (2 medium cloves)
15 Shrimp - Peeled and deveined (Preferably with tail-on)
1 Cup Mixed Vegetables - Use your favorite vegetables (Peas, carrots, corn, beans etc)
2 Cups Cooked rice - Use day old rice, if using freshly cooked refrigerate for 1-2 hours
1 Stem Green Onion
